Delivery Terms

Shipping Guidelines 

Shipping: All orders are processed via email within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of your order confirmation. You will receive a follow-up notification once your order has been shipped. Delivery is expected within 10 to 20 days. 

Shipping costs and delivery times within Germany: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. 

Shipping within Germany: Free shipping within Germany for orders over 200 USD. 

International shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. 

Check order status: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours. 

If you have not received your order within 14 days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at service@laewgdn.com and provide your name and order number. We will process your request as quickly as possible. 

Shipping tracking information is manually transmitted. When shipped via Shopify, the data is provided directly by Shopify.
